Non-Profit Highlight: Yavapai County Food Bank

This year, budgets are tighter than ever, and more and more families are in need. The Yavapai County Food Bank is the largest food bank in the County. On their website, they explain, “At Yavapai County Food Bank we have always been about people helping people, making a difference, and bringing the gift of hope to those less fortunate.”

They provide food for families in need and sponsor a Back-to-School program with supplies and backpacks. During Thanksgiving, they partner with the Living Faith Church to provide families with a Thanksgiving box, including the turkey, stuffing, potatoes, pumpkin pie and whipped cream.

This 501(c)3 organization can always use your donations which go directly to those in the local communities. Even a little donation is a great way to make a difference.
