Due to the winter storm and school closings, the Teen Safety Table event promoting Random Acts of Kindness Month has been rescheduled for Wednesday, February 22nd at the Prescott Valley Public Library.
In recognition of February as Random Acts of Kindness Month, information will be available on how our local teens can be “RAKtavists,” or Random Acts of Kindness activists in their schools and communities. There will also be lots of fun giveaways and information available during the event.
February 17, 2023, is recognized as National Random Acts of Kindness Day! PVPD will also feature safety information geared toward self-care, rewarding friendships, suicide prevention, and many other topics relevant to today’s teens. There will be information for parents too.
The February 22nd Teen Safety Table will take place at the Prescott Valley Public Library from 1:30 pm-3:30 pm. Prescott Valley Public Library is at 7401 Skoog Blvd, Prescott Valley, AZ.
The Prescott Valley Police recognizes the need to build relationships with local youth. Teen Table provides the opportunity to connect with local teens in a fun and neutral environment. They look forward to connecting with yours!
