What are you nuts golakehavasu tell those people to stay home are numbers for the virus have done nothing but gone up up and up since memorial Day we would appreciate it if you’d stay home so we can get over this ourselves instead of making us stay in our house is because so many of you are here!

  2. Shirley says:

How is social distancing going to be maintained at the viewing locations ? How bad does it have to be before we will get it ?

  3. K. W. says:

I would like to request that the decision makers for Lake Havasu to consider cancelling this event for two very important reasons – Social Distancing/control the spread of COVID, and the Potential Fire Threat this summer – it is hot/dry/windy.
Please think of your community and stop intentionally placing us at risk. Maybe this will also discourage the throng of people coming to our city this weekend.

  4. Tina says:

I live here and I say, Stay home if you want to. But I’m going out to watch the works. You dont have to get sick if you’re careful. Also, dont try to dictate what I should and shouldn’t do.

  5. Karen smith says:

I’m so happy to hear that there are communities who are celebrating the 4th of July and who don’t allow our freedom to be controlled by politically motivated regulations.

  6. Elle says:

We are ordered to not gather in groups larger than 10, but yet let’s gather up and watch fireworks, we will never get rid of this virus in our city if we don’t follow directions!!!!
Stay Home, Social Distancing, wear your mask!!!! Good God lets get rid of this virus!!!!
Oh and don’t forget to gather with friends and visitors at the channel!!!

  7. HIW CAN PEOPKE SICIAL DISTANCE TJEM SELVES IFTHETESO MANY PEOPLE HERE IN ARIZONA. MAYOR OF HAVASU, Why are you allowing this to happen..? We’re trying to keep from catching the Corona Virus but you keep allowing people to come and join the fun of spreading the virus. Please, No Disrespect to You. I’m just wondering why ..? So many places aren’t allowing people in to the cities but here In Lake Havasu City, it’s a free for all. Thanks. A Lake Havasu City Resident.

  8. Carol says:

  9. Pam Hill says:

I don’t have to leave my house to see fireworks. Been going off for past 3 nights all over the Southside of town. I thought aerial fireworks we’re illegal in Havasu. Did not know my dog was so traumatized by fireworks. Poor guy.
