Free Youth Leadership Training Offered for Teens Who Want to Make a Difference

Do you know a teen who is interested in making a difference in the Prescott community and surrounding areas? Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America (C.A.D.C.A), Operation Engage Yavapai County, and Yavapai College are hosting a free youth leadership training that is open to students grades 9 through 12.

Training Topics Include:

  • Leadership training to empower positive social change in their community that honors young people’s unique perspective.
  • Identify substance misuse problems they find to be most prevalent and ways to put prevention work into action.
  • Photovoice! Teaches photography and caption writing to get your positive messages out there effectively.

The C.A.D.C.A Youth Leadership Training is set to take place June 14-18; 10:00 am-3:00 pm at Yavapai College at 1100 E Sheldon St, Prescott. Lunch will be provided each day.
