Congratulations to Leighton from Coyote Springs Elementary for being the HUSD Student of the Week. Leighton is an engaged learner who takes his education seriously and is a pleasure to have in class. He collaborates and maintains a fine attitude, thus supporting a positive learning atmosphere in the classroom. He is a friend to all and collaborates well with all of his fellow classmates. Leighton makes conscious decisions both academically and socially that benefit not only himself but also his peers and our collective classroom environment. Leighton is goal-oriented, enthusiastic and respectful of school policies and because of all of this, Leighton is a role model for his peers and is greatly deserving of this recognition. Thank you, Leighton, for bringing your “A” game each day to CSES. You rock!
