Lake Havasu City Conducting Citizen Survey

Article audio is made possible by CAST11 Prescott Podcast Network. A Talking Glass Media production.

Lake Havasu City is conducting a citizen survey to ask residents for their ideas and opinions about the City. The results of the survey will help the City identify what they are doing well and where they need to improve in order to meet the needs of the citizens.

8,000 households receive invitations in the mail, starting the week of March 22, asking them to participate in the survey. The survey included questions about quality of life in the community, local policies, demographics, and resident satisfaction with City services.

“We greatly appreciate our residents who take time out of their busy schedules to complete this survey so we can better serve our community,” said City Manager Jess Knudson. “The results will evaluate our past progress and help us develop a plan for the future of our City.”

The City contracted with National Research Center, Inc. to administer the survey. Be sure to watch your mail for the survey to arrive for your opportunity to provide your feedback to Lake Havasu City.

Paper, mailed surveys? In 2021? Might save a bit of money to conduct a survey online instead of mail. Easier to tabulate, too.

Then think about the demographics you would be eliminating from access to a purely online survey, elderly, poor, disabled etc wouldn’t / couldn’t respond.

  2. Walter m Lloyd says:

got card in mail but survey link did not work google
