MATFORCE & Juvenile Probation Offers Parenting Classes

In-Person parenting classes are coming back to Yavapai County.

MATFORCE, an anti-drug organization focused on stopping youth drug use before it starts, has partnered with Yavapai County Juvenile Probation to start in-person Parenting the Love and Logic Way classes beginning in late March.

MATFORCE Parenting Education Coordinator Sandi Cheney stated, “I am so excited to bring in-person classes back to our community! Parents and caregivers continue to need support through challenging times. This class will give them tools to help strengthen that caregiver/child relationship.” Sandi has facilitated Parenting the Love and Logic Way® classes for over 2 decades.

Classes will be held at the Juvenile Justice Center, 1100 Prescott Lakes Parkway in Prescott on 3 consecutive Saturdays, March 26, April 2, and 9, 2022 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. You must attend all 3 classes to receive a certificate of attendance.
