Monsoon Daily Outlook for July 30th

Article audio is made possible by CAST11 Prescott Podcast Network. A Talking Glass Media production.

Isolated showers that occurred earlier this morning have mostly cleared out and moved into northwestern AZ.

We should expect to see an increase in thunderstorm activity later this morning and into the early afternoon. Scattered to numerous storms are expected by mid-to-late afternoon with potential for some evening activity.

There is a flash flood watch in place for Coconino Country today from noon until later this evening.

Always remain prepared for the potential for flash flooding this week, including lower activity days, and be sure to sign up for alerts to be notified of any flash flood warnings.
