Construction on the new Yavapai County Justice Center began in August of 2020 and is scheduled to be completed in June of 2023. On June 14, at 6:00 PM, a ceremony will be held to formally declare the new Justice Center open.

Tours of the facilities, including the new Courtrooms, holding facilities, and the Connections Center, will be offered for a limited time during the event.
Yavapai County and Polara Health staff will be on-site to provide information about the Justice Center, Detention Facilities, County Attorney’s Office, Adult Probation, and the Public Defender. There will also be information booths outside, for the Library District, Human Resources, Yavapai County Community Health Services, the Community Health Center of Yavapai, Public Works and the Office of Emergency Management, GIS, Development Services, and the Treasurer.
A commemorative gift will be available to the first 300 attendees.
