Previous to being promoted as the General Manager of the Northern Arizona Suns in October of 2017, Lehman served as the Assistant General Manager to Bubba Burrage, who returned his focus to the Phoenix Suns as Director of Player Personnel after Lehman took over as General Manager of the Northern Arizona Suns, according to a previous press release by the team. In addition to his role as General Manager of the Northern Arizona Suns, Lehman also served as Basketball Operations Manager for the Phoenix Suns.
