Prescott High Sports Recap – April 25th

Prescott High School Girl’s and Boy’s Tennis move on to play in State this week. Volleyball brought in wins while Softball and Baseball both struggled bringing in losses.

Prescott High School Boy’s volleyball team brought in two wins last week. On April 19th the team beat Barry Goldwater with a 3-0 final score. Then on April 21st, the team beat Desert Edge High School 3-0. The team will play this week on April 26th against Deer Valley High, on April 27th against Northwest Christian High, and April 28th against Notre Dame Prep.


The Prescott High School Baseball team struggled in their games last week, losing both matches against Bradshaw Mountain High School. On April 19th, the team lost 2-10 and on April 21st, they lost to 3-11. The Badgers will play one more game this season against Mingus Union High School on April 25th.


The Prescott High School Softball team lost both their games last week against Bradshaw Mountain High. The first game on April 19th ended with a 1-4 loss, then on April 21st, the team lost 0-11. The team plays this week on April 25th against Mohave High School.

Boy’s Tennis

Prescott High School Boy’s Tennis brought in two wins this week and moves onto state this week. On April 19th the team played Notre Dame Prep winning the game 5-4. Then on April 22nd, the team beat Canyon View High with a 6-2 final score. The team will play in State against Catalina Foothills this week on April 27th.

Girl’s Tennis

The Prescott High School Girl’s Tennis team lost their game on April 19th against Notre Dame Prep with a 2-7 final score. Then on April 26th, the team will play Nogales High School in State this week.
