The month of October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The Prescott Valley Police Department is helping to raise awareness through its month-long Pink Patch Project. Officers have changed their uniform patch this month to a pink patch in honor of the fight against breast cancer.   The Pink Patch Project aims to raise awareness for the early detection, treatment, and comfort care of victims of breast cancer.

Breast cancer is the second leading cause of death among women. Please help to raise awareness this October, and all year, so we can save lives and protect women with early detection and treatment options. #BreastCancerAwareness #GoPink
