The Town of Prescott Valley is seeking applicants from Town Residents to fill seats on the Building Board of Appeals and the Municipal Property Corporation Board of Directors. All board/commission seats are volunteer positions by appointment of the Town Council. Here is your opportunity to have an influence on Town activities by volunteering for these boards.

Prescott Valley Building Board of Appeals

The Town of Prescott Valley is presently accepting applications from Town Residents to serve in the architect or engineer position on the Building Board of Appeals. This is a volunteer position filled by appointment of the Town Council. The board meets to review and decide appeals of Town Building staff decisions. Candidates may have practiced in any state (and may either be active or retired) but must continue to hold a license as an Engineer or Architect at the time of appointment. Candidates must also currently reside within the Prescott Valley town limits.

Municipal Property Corporation Board of Directors

The Town of Prescott Valley is accepting applications from area residents to serve on the Board of Directors of the Municipal Property Corporation (MPC). This is a volunteer position appointed by the Town Council. The MPC facilities financing of selected capital projects for the Town. Related experience is desirable. Preference will be given to those applicants who live and reside within the Prescott Valley town limits, but applicants living outside the town limits will also be considered.

Applications are available in the Executive Management Office, on the 4th floor of the Civic Center at 7501 E. Skoog Blvd., Monday through Friday from 8:00 am-5:00 pm. For inquiries, call 928-759-3100 or email Lduke@prescottvalley-az.gov. Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.
