It’s easy to spot the major construction taking place at the corner of Florentine Rd and Glassford Hill Rd where Fain Signature Group has begun work for the new LEGADO project as well as the new 5 Guys and Jersey Mikes locations.

During this work, Prescott Valley Town Center businesses all remain open and ready to serve the public! Access to the different locations may look a little different and here is your quick reference guide on how to get where you want to go!

To access the businesses of Town Center One, drivers can enter the Prescott Valley Town Center via Pav Way off of Lake Valley Road or use the access on Main St. from Florentine Rd.

To access the plaza businesses, drivers can enter the Town Center using E. Pav Way or the entry off Centre Ct.

Rafter Eleven/Buffalo Wild Wings

To best access Rafter Eleven or Buffalo Wild Wings, drivers can use the entryway on Centre Ct.

BMO Harris

BMO Harris has two temporary access points during construction. One is off Glassford Hill just south of Florentine Rd. The second access is a route through the construction site off of Florentine Rd.
