The Pima County Health Department needs your help in defining its vision and mission and setting goals to align the Health Department’s resources with the community’s public health priorities.
Your responses to this short survey will help the Health Department improve programs, services, and more to improve programs, services, and more to improve the health of all members of our community. There are no wrong answers, so please be frank and forthcoming when filling out the survey.
