Monsoon is once again taking a short break this week but will return with chances of rain starting up again on Saturday.

Take advantage of the fantastic weather this Friday night at the Prescott Valley Summer Concert Series with King Copper! The concert begins at 6:30 pm and is in the Turf Park behind COLT Grill, 2990 Park Ave, Prescott Valley, AZ!

Thursday: Mostly sunny and hot, with a high near 99. Southeast wind 5 to 14 mph becoming northwest in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 20 mph.

Thursday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 71. West wind 6 to 14 mph, with gusts as high as 22 mph.

Friday: Mostly sunny and hot, with a high near 99. South wind 5 to 14 mph becoming west in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 23 mph.

Friday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 71. West wind 6 to 13 mph, with gusts as high as 23 mph.

Saturday: A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 11 am. Mostly sunny, with a high near 94. South wind 8 to 14 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph.

Saturday Night: A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 68. West wind 5 to 13 mph becoming south after midnight. Winds could gust as high as 23 mph.

Sunday: Showers and thunderstorms likely, mainly after 11 am. Partly sunny, with a high near 91. Southwest wind 5 to 14 mph, with gusts as high as 23 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%.
