Yavapai Humane Society invites you to take part in Arizona’s biggest day of online donations, Arizona Gives Day! During one day of online giving, Arizonans will open their hearts and wallets to support their favorite causes. Yavapai Humane Society relies on and is funded by donations to be able to care for and rehome over 3,000 dogs, cats and horses per year.
Method Coffee & Outlaw Donuts Give Discounts to Those Who Donate to YHS
On Tuesday, April 2nd from 8-10am, Yavapai Humane Society Team Members will be on site at Method Coffee on Willow Creek Road in Prescott and Outlaw Donuts on Goodwin Street in Prescott. These local businesses are giving discounts to patrons who make a donation to Yavapai Humane Society during those hours. From 11a-1p Yavapai Humane Society Team Members will be on site at Sally B’s in Prescott Valley and Panera Bread in Prescott. These local businesses are also giving discounts to patrons who make a donation to Yavapai Humane Society during those hours.
Pups, Pints & Pizza at Granite Mountain Brewing 5-7pm Tues April 7th
That evening, Tues, April 2nd, from 5-7pm we end Arizona Gives Day with a very special event titled “Pups, Pints & Pizza” at Granite Mountain Brewing on Cortez Street in Prescott where local celebrity “barktenders” will be serving beverages with all their tips being donated to Yavapai Humane Society. Granite Mountain Brewing will also be donating $1.00 of every beverage sold during the event to Yavapai Humane Society. Celebrity “barktenders” include Guy Roginson from Signals AZ, AJ from Magic 99.1 and KAFF Country, “Other Dave” (Dave Schreiber) from Magic 99.1 and Brian Hope from Papa John’s Pizza, who will be providing pizza during the event.
Gary Ukura will be providing entertainment and there will be games and other fun events throughout the evening as well as additional opportunities for making donations. Thunder Mountain Rescue Ranch’s Dog Wranglers will be there with a puppy kissing both and photo ops!!! #WOOF
