Life can be hectic and overwhelming. It is easy to always feel “on” without ever taking the time to be quiet and enjoy a simple day of rest and recharging. During this one-day silent retreat, you will have the opportunity to take a break and enjoy a day of silence, meditation, rest and reflection in our beautiful temple in Phoenix.
This retreat will focus on conjoining a powerful mantra with our breathing which can have a profound beneficial effect in a short span of time. In the meditation breaks, enjoy light vegetarian snacks and refreshments, silent reflection, or browse our bookstore.
