Learn Tai Chi in this hour-long class where movements are slow and gentle, and help to build strength, flexibility, and prevent falls. Although this series is especially effective for those with arthritis, it is also a great start for any beginner looking to improve their health and wellness. This is a 12-week series beginning August 3 and running through Oct 19.
