Along the way she meets some new friends with familiar faces, A Scarecrow in search of a brain, a Tin Man in search of a heart, and a Cowardly Lion in search of courage. Together they all brave the yellow brick road to ask the Great and Powerful Oz for help. Not everyone is happy with Dorothy’s entrance into the land of Oz, the Wicked Witch of the West is out to avenge her sister (The Wicked Witch of the East), who was crushed by Dorothy’s house, and get back the magical ruby slippers. After defeating the Wicked Witch the four friends return to Oz, where they all get their wish, except Dorothy. But then she learns she had the power to go home all along, all she had to do was click her heels 3 times and say “There’s No Place Like Home”.
